All digital product sales are final once usable access is delivered. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds.
When Arcana refunds
Refunds are available only for non-delivery, duplicate or incorrect charges, or where required by law.
Get help first
If a delivery link fails, use the resend page or contact support@thearcanatable.com. Arcana will restore usable access before treating a purchase as undelivered.
Effect of a refund
A full refund revokes access to the paid files. A partial support adjustment does not automatically revoke an otherwise paid order.
