How Arcana uses purchase, delivery, and email-list information.
What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver purchases and requested samples: email address, payment and order references, consent evidence, delivery status, and limited security logs. Arcana does not store card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to process and deliver purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, keep required records, and send marketing only when a recorded legal basis permits it.
Processors
Stripe processes payments, Resend sends email and manages suppression, and Railway hosts the application and database. Their own policies also apply to their processing.
Marketing choices
Every marketing message identifies the sender and includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops promotional email and never blocks receipts, purchased delivery, resends, refunds, or support.
